🍓草莓流心蛋撻🍓
🥛食材:
蛋撻殼5個、牛奶70克、淡奶油120克、糖粉20克、煉乳5克、蛋黃2個、草莓丁適量、酸奶適量、草莓適量
🥛做法:
1⃣️牛奶、淡奶油、糖粉、煉乳、蛋黃攪拌均勻,過篩一次;
2⃣️倒入蛋撻殼中大約9分滿;
3⃣️加入新鮮草莓丁;
4⃣️送入預熱好200度的烤箱中層,大約烤25分鐘;
5⃣️表面倒上酸奶,放上半顆草莓即可。
