切成這樣的時候加鹽2勺,然後繼續(調味盒裡的小勺子,根據辣椒的量適添加鹽)

裝瓶,用勺子壓出水分,選擇乾凈沒有水的大口瓶子,方便裝辣椒

裝好後在上面撒少許鹽,辣椒離瓶口留1cm位置
