用料:豆腐一塊,青椒一個,胡蘿蔔一個,雞蛋兩個

做法:先把佐料備用好,

將豆腐切成塊狀,鍋里放油用小火煎成至金黃

兩面都煎好放到盤裡,待用

將炒熟後的青椒胡蘿蔔蛋淋在豆腐上面,就好了。
這樣的菜超級好下飯哦,胡蘿蔔還對眼睛好呢,長期疲勞用眼的小夥伴記得多吃呀。
