今天分享的是超好吃的紫薯芝麻小餅!
這個做法出來的餅,皮薄餡足,紫薯香,芝麻香,奶香濃郁,暄軟好吃~
食材:
麵粉300克、紫薯250克、酵母3克、糖5克、煉乳20克、溫水150毫升、熟芝麻
做法:
[一]紫薯洗凈去皮切塊,水開上鍋蒸十分鐘,加煉乳搗成泥狀,搓成一個個小球;
[二]酵母和糖用溫水化開,倒入麵粉中,揉成光滑偏軟的麵糰,放溫暖處發酵至2倍大;
[三]醒好的麵糰,手上抹點油,微搓成長條,切小塊,取得塊攤開包入紫薯餡,收口團圓,裹上芝麻,壓成餅狀;
[四]平底鍋刷油,煎至兩面金黃即可開吃~

Method:
